Workshops

Your employees are your biggest assets

Debra Schifrin's experiential workshops use improv as a tool to teach critical skills that participants can use right away in their work.

Participants improve their leadership, communication, collaboration, agility, storytelling, and creativity – skills that make them better teammates, employees, and leaders

Give them the tools they need to…

  • Increase sales

  • Innovate on products and processes faster and better

  • Build longer lasting relationships with clients

  • Get buy-in from managers and direct reports to push forward new initiatives

  • Excel at presentations to stakeholders through increased confidence, agility in Q&A, and executive presence

“I've spent 16 years in sales and have attended many role-play training sessions. Salespeople dislike role-play training, but this course is so well-designed and useful that I would recommend it to any sales organization.”

Stanford Continuing Studies Professional in Debra Schifrin's course

"I took the Stanford Continuing Studies class "Thinking on your feet" last year with Debra Schifrin and Dan Schifrin - and by far it was the best soft skills class I’ve ever taken.... I still reference the material and it really helped me be a better communicator. The class was interactive, fun, and engaging."

Debra’s Workshops Help You Prioritize Human Capital for Business Success

People need to feel heard and feel connected in order to do their best work.

Since the pandemic, teams have been more isolated, and many people have never met their coworkers in person. It is essential for leaders to be proactive in providing opportunities for their employees to connect and build relationships with each other.

Build goodwill among colleagues

Sessions build trust and connection between teammates, which leads to greater collaboration, sharing of ideas and knowledge, and establishes a baseline of assuming best intent.

Get teams aligned

Provide people with the tools to better express themselves – and you’ll see increased understanding between parties.

Create space for new ideas

Participants report that the workshops helped their team brainstorm better. They were able to better listen to each other and make sure all voices were heard.

Change the way meetings are run

Learn a framework for separating ideation from execution, and discover how to effectively move between those phases.

Bring Your People Together

After a brief activity in which a long-time employee was paired with two new hires, she reported, “I learned more about these people in three minutes than I know about other colleagues that I've worked with for years!”

“Debra's 'thinking on your feet' improv workshop was the highlight of our recent virtual offsite. People are still raving about it and using the concepts months after. Debra takes the concepts of improv and teaches people how to apply them to everyday communications in business. Personally, I came away from the workshop totally energized and put the new learnings to use right away.”
